After each ball valve part is processed, XIAO VALVE inspectors and workers will test its size to ensure that the tolerance range conforms to XIAO company’s technical documents, and ensure that the later assembly is smooth.
Key sealing parts need to be checked one by one by XIAO VALVE inspectors and checked in all directions with customer’s custom drawings.

After the ball valve assembly and pressure test on work done, we will send the ball valve to paint shop, we will place the valve first cleaning in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and dry the water on the surface of the valve, we will change regularly with the rust powder in ultrasonic cleaning machine water, ensure that the valve after cleaning to ensure clean and tidy.
